For any green or protein salad.


1/2 cup of Skim Milk Mayonnaise (see recipe "here")
1 & 1/2 tablespoons of catsup or chili sauce
1/4 cup of finely chopped dill pickle
2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley
1 tablesppon of minced green onion

Combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Chill before using.

Makes 12 servings (yield: 3/4 cup)
One serving = 1 tablespoon
One serving = this is a 'free' food

g dietary fiber = 0.2
g fat - total = 0
mg cholestrol = 17
mg sodium = 136
