3 slices of fresh bread
2 tablespoons of catsup or tomato paste
1 tablespoon of finely chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon of finely chopped mushrooms
Dash of dried oregano or basil
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Roll the bread slices flat with a rolling pin. Place them on a flat pan 3 inches from the broiler; heat themuntil they are lightly toasted on one side, then remove them from the oven.
Turn the slices over and spread the untoasted sides with a layer of each of the remaining ingredients, in the order they are listed above, ending with the sprinkling of cheese.
Broil these until the cheese melts and browns slightly.
To serve, cut each pizza into quarters.

NOTE: for low sodium diets substitute the tomato paste for catsup
