Ingredients.....
3 tablespoons of reduced-sodium (light) soy sauce
1 tablespoon of dry sherry
1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 pound of turkey steaks, cutlets, or slices, 1/4" to 1/2" thick
1 egg, beaten
4 - 5 tablespoons of dry bread crumbs
Preheat teh oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic.
Marinate the turkey in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Dip the turkey into the beaten egg, then coat one side only with the bread crumbs.
Arrange, breaded side up, on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until done. DO NOT overcook.
