Ingredients.....
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon baking SODA
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon brandy
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit and grease cookie sheets.
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. Beat oil and egg together, then add applesauce and brandy.
4. Slowly add dry ingredients, stirring well.
5. Mix in oats and raisins.
6. Drop onto greased sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
