2/3 cup of tomato juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/3 cup of wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
2 small cloves of garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Measure all the ingredients into a pint jar; cover. Shake vigorously.
Store in the refrigerator. Shake before using.
Makes 8 servings (yield: 1 cup)
One serving = 2 tablespoons
