" FROSTY SWISS MINT MIX "

Ingredients.....

2/3 cup instant dry coffee
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dried mint leaves (Grind these to a powder before adding to the rest of the mix)
2/3 cup dry non-dairy creamer

Place all dry ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until they have the consistency of a very fine powder. Store in an airtight container.

On a gift card write: Use 1 to 2 teaspoonsful of the dry mix to one coffee mug of hot water.
