
DIRECTIONS.......
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Lightly oil 9 inch tart or springform pan.
CRANBERRY TARTS

CRANBERRY TART INGREDIENTS.......

2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/8 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup margarine, softened
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup light cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1 cup whole cranberry sauce, drained
2 tablespoons orange marmalade


Combine flour, wheat germ, margarine, brown sugar and baking soda; stir until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add water and mix well. Press onto bottom and 1/4" up sides of pan.

Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Combine cheeses, sugar and orange peel. Spread this mixture onto
crust. Next mix whole cranberry sauce with marmalade and spread over cheeses. Decorate with orange peel

CHILL FOR 2 HOURS!!! ENJOY!!!
Make 8 servings
