Ingredients.....

1 cup of flour
1 cup of corn meal
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of dry milk powder
1 Tablespoon baking powder

Sift ingredients together and put into an airtight jar.

Put dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of water, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup of oil. Stir into dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well-buttered pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes, or until golden.
