Ingredients.....
1 whole chicken ( 2 & 1/2 pounds), cut up
1 cup of barbecue sauce, hickory or other flavour
OVEN-BAKED:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Line the bottom and sides of a shallow bakingpan with foil or prepare the pan with vegetable pan coating.
Baste each chicken piece with sauce.
Arrange chicken pieces in the pan with skin sides up; pour remaining sauce evenly on top.
Cover the pan with foil; bake 45 minutes; uncover the pan and bake for another 20 minute.
OUTDOOR GRILL:
Prepare your outdoor grill.
Baste your chicken with sauce.
Put the chicken on the grill and cook about 30 minutes, turning and basting several times during the cooking process.

One serving = 1/2 breast and wing plus 2 tablespoons of sauce or
One serving = 1 thigh and 1 leg plus 2 tablespoons of the sauce
